Delivery

At Cozy Home Furnitures, we are committed to providing a smooth and efficient delivery experience for every customer. Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

Customers may choose between:

• Free Nationwide Delivery via our trusted logistics partners, or

• Independent Collection from our manufacturing partners, at the customer’s own cost.

For in-stock items, delivery is generally completed within 5 to 7 working days after payment clearance. Our logistics team will coordinate a mutually convenient delivery or collection date.

For out-of-stock or backordered items, delivery may take up to 4 weeks, depending on production and shipping timelines. Estimated delivery dates are communicated at the time of order placement. Any unexpected delays will be promptly communicated.

All deliveries through our logistics service include packaging and assembly at no additional charge.

Cancellations & 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back or exchange guarantee to ensure your satisfaction.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be in original Cozy Home Furnitures packaging

• Items must be in resalable condition

Customers may:

• Arrange their own return shipping, or

• Request a free collection via our logistics partner

Refunds are processed after a quality inspection at our Cape Town warehouse.

Note: Our 30-day return policy does not apply to custom ‘Make Me’ products, as these are made-to-order and cannot be resold.

Sale Items: Returns, exchanges, or refunds for discounted items (including showroom floor stock) are accepted, provided the items are received in good condition.
