Delivery & Returns
Delivery
At Cozy Home Furnitures, we strive to ensure a seamless and efficient delivery experience for our customers. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours upon receipt.
Customers may opt for delivery through our trusted logistics partners or arrange independent collection from our manufacturers and suppliers at their own cost. We offer free delivery to major metropolitan areas, including Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, East London, Nelspruit, and George. For deliveries beyond these main centers, a R250 surcharge will apply. International delivery charges will be calculated based on the purchase quantity and destination.
For in-stock items, our logistics team will coordinate a mutually convenient delivery or collection date. These items are typically delivered within 5 to 7 working days from the clearance of payment.
For out-of-stock items, delivery may take up to 4 weeks, depending on production and shipping timelines. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the time of order placement. Any unforeseen delays will be promptly communicated.
Please note that deliveries are handled by third-party logistics providers and do not include unpacking or assembly services.
Cancellations & 30-Day Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back or exchange guarantee. Delivery fees are non-refundable, and returned items must be sent to our Cape Town warehouse within this period.
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be in their original Cozy Home Furnitures packaging and in brand-new condition. A minimum 10% fee will be applied for returns without original packaging or with damaged packaging.
Customers may arrange return shipping independently or request collection through our logistics partner, with transport costs borne by the customer. Refunds will only be processed after a quality inspection at our Cape Town warehouse.
Please note that our 30-day return policy does not apply to custom ‘Make Me’ products, as these are made-to-order and cannot be resold.
Sale Items: No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted on sale items once received in good order, including showroom floor stock.

These elements are meticulously assembled by our skilled Vietnamese upholsterers, who undergo rigorous training to ensure top-tier craftsmanship.
Each product undergoes multiple quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process. A final comprehensive check guarantees that every item meets our stringent standards, with each piece assigned a unique ID number for traceability and quality assurance.
